High-performance SIM and pay-TV card personalization system
ALPHA² is a compact and modular personalization system for high-volume SIM or pay-TV card personalization. It offers highly economic electrical and laser marking capabilities at speeds of up to 7,000 cards per hour. For the highest net production, queues of card orders are continuously processed with no interruption. Its innovative two-track production design enables processing of multiple jobs on both tracks in parallel.
The compact and modular ALPHA² system combines high performance and proven reliability with a small footprint. With high magazine capacities that enable long operating intervals and an intuitive software interface, the ALPHA² is easy to operate and delivers high net throughput while minimizing costs. All system modules are separate functional units that can be linked in flexible configurations, allowing easy field upgrades and retrofits to protect your investment. ALPHA² is a truly versatile, user-configurable system – and no compressed air is needed for operation.
With its scalable chip programming solution of up to 80 programming heads, even sophisticated jobs can be processed with impressive net performance results. Highly economic fiber-laser systems provide cost-effective marking of ICCID and barcodes.
