Pursuant to section 4g of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the data protection officer shall make available in a suitable way to anyone who files a corresponding application the information referred to in section 4e of the BDSG. The company engineers, produces and sells system solutions for marking and personalizing of high class products and safety documents. This occurs in close collaboration with Engineering-, Producing- and Distribution Partners. The Support of worldwide customers will be ensured through our sales department. The data collection, -processing and -use of personal data’s results of legal requirements or by exercising of the purposes defined above.
6. Definition of the implied groups of persons and the relevant data or data categories
Data of customers, prospective customers, vendors and consultants, if they are required for the intensions in part 5. Furthermore in the Human Resources department: Data of candidates and members of staff. On demand we will be glad to tell you in which procedures your data is potentially stored.
7. Addressees or categories of addressees to whom the data may be communicated
- Public authorities in the event of the existence
of overriding legal requirements - External bodies and internal departments for
the fulfillment of the purposes defined under
part 5 above - External contractors in accordance with section
11 BDSG (German Data Protection Act)
8. Usual deadlines for the erasure of data
The legislator has promulgated numerous duties and deadlines with respect to the storage of data. After expiration of these deadlines, the corresponding data is erased as a matter of routine. If certain data is not affected by this, it will be erased as soon as the purposes referred to in part 5 above cease to apply.
9. Intended transfer of data to third countries
Communication data of staff members are available to staff members in third countries. Data of customers, prospective customers, vendors and consultants will be only communicated with agreeableness of the relevant parties or if it is necessary for business. Associated companies outside EU will be obligated to the EU level of data protection according EU directive 95/46/EG.

Atlantic Zeiser GmbH captures all technical and organizational measures to safe personal datas and informations, according to BSDG § 9.
