Future oriented solutions for track & trace and serialization in the pharmaceutical industry
During the PHARMA PACKAGING DAYS 2014 from September 22 until 24 Atlantic Zeiser posed the question „which are the recent and future challenges in the area of pharmaceutical packaging?“ and answered it with a comprehensive one-stop solution to cope the complex requirements for track & trace, serialization and encoding of pharmaceutical packages.
Apart from a large amount of innovative systems for efficient encoding, serialization and aggregation of pharmaceutical packages the focus of the event was on the serialization software MEDTRACKER which allows to control and administrate serialization over a multitude of packaging lines or sites and renders the whole process chain completely audit-proof. “The close interaction of software and hardware is the most crucial aspect when it comes to reliable track & trace and serialization”, stated Atlantic Zeiser CEO Manfred Minich in a press conference with representatives of the specialized press.
In the course of live demonstrations of all devices connected with MEDTRACKER international visitors from the pharmaceutical and packaging industry as well outsource service providers could convince themself of the practical efficiency of the exhibited system solutions. At the same time the event was an ideal forum for exchange of ideas and experience with the specialists from Atlantic Zeiser.
The visitors also had the opportunity to see the production facilities in the headquarter of Atlantic Zeiser. Moreover partner companies like Tritron (special inks), Kohmann (packaging machines), Mabeg (sheet feeders), Constantia (flexible packaging material) and Propack Technology (consulting) offered during the PHARMA PACKAGING DAYS 2014 supplementary, interesting information to the public.
We would like to thank all participants and partners for their contribution to the success of the PHARMA PACKAGING DAYS 2014! We would also like to thank our visitors for the thoroughly positive feedback.
We are already looking forward to welcome you to the next issue of the Atlantic Zeiser PHARMA PACKAGING DAYS.
