Versatile, compact and cost efficient – that’s PERSOMAIL, the solution for automated card mailing in the middle performance segment. It combines the greatest flexibility of application and absolute processing security for mid-range production volumes or also as a backup for existing high performance systems. What’s more, it is simple and convenient to operate.

All common card types in ISO 7810-1 format can be processed on PERSOMAIL. Up to four cards can be drawn off selectively and affixed to a letter at up to 1,900 cards per hour. Additionally different modules are available for the identification of cards. Personalized cards can be fed at random as an integrated printer personalizes the card carriers on demand. Cut sheet printers with several paper trays allow for selective draw-off of different forms. After card attaching, the inserting unit folds the card carriers, accumulates multi-page sets and selectively adds up to six enclosures. Finally the mailpieces are inserted into envelopes.
