The compact and modular AZ-alphaČ is the ideal system for all high volume personalization jobs. It combines unrivaled cycle speeds of up to 7,000 cards per hour with great application flexibility. Different configuration options empower the AZ-alphaČ to process virtually any application, be it GSM, ID, bank, pay-TV or loyalty cards, while maintaining highest productivity levels. The AZ-alphaČ actually consists of two systems in one as cards are personalized in two parallel tracks. If required, different small jobs can be processed in one of them while the other one continues the main production. This two-track concept also increases the net throughput as interventions like e.g. consumable exchanges in one of the tracks do not slow down or stop the other track.
Today and in the future, the AZ-alphaČ can be quickly and conveniently retrofitted. Even if requirements change. The modular system platform offers reliable investment protection.
