Prepared for Growth – High Speed RFID Encoding Technology
Atlantic Zeiser's patented RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) encoding technology sets new standards in terms of performance and quality. We are using multiple read/write heads that rotate on a drum together with the products to be programmed, enabling us to encode several chips simultaneously without the need to stop the product flow.
The code is stored on a chip integrated into the product. A transmitter-receiver system then allows the code to be read back without the need for direct visual contact between the scanning device and the product label. This enables Atlantic Zeiser to combine traditional identification with future-oriented personalization technologies.
As the RFID market is growing disproportionately due to the drop in RFID chip prices, RFID technology is able to extend its scope of activities to a larger number of applications such as Smart RFID Label and Smart RFID Tickets. E-passports also carry an embedded microchip capable of storing biometric data, such as fingerprints, irises or facial images. RFID technology allows for chip-stored data to be read and checked without the need for visual inspection. To this purpose, Atlantic Zeiser’s chip programming technology allows easy integration.
