- Together with the MEDTRACKER serialization software the MEDILINE CodeCollectM constitutes an audit-proof system solution for serialized drug packages reliably aggregated in manual packaging processes as well.
- Well-conceived ergonomic design facilitates efficient, fatigue-free working.
- Perfect integration and mobility thanks to compact design and lockable casters.
For the reliable aggregation of individually serialized pharmaceutical packages into larger units, a dependable aggregation workstation is essential. Atlantic Zeiser is showcasing the MEDILINE CodeCollectM solution at Interpack 2017 (Hall 16, Booth A47), which combines maximum process security with an efficient and ergonomic workflow. Its fully MEDTRACKER compatible interface ensures audit-proof forwarding and storage of data as well as plausibility checks from upstream coding processes. Thanks to the scalable software architecture of MEDTRACKER recent and future requirements can be easily adapted for a perfect interplay with MEDILINE CodeCollectM. Therefore options from the MEDILINE CodeCollectM family are also ideally suited for manual reworks of cases and pallets after disturbances on automatic lines, as well as for workflows performed in the shipping department or warehouse.
Atlantic Zeiser applied rigorous design criteria for MEDILINE CodeCollectM in order to satisfy ergonomic requirements and to facilitate efficient, fatigue-free operation. The electrically height-adjustable workbench with swivel function allows cases to be loaded with single items without exerting any strain on the worker’s back, and facilitates the handling of smaller packages that tend to tip. The intuitive user interface on the touch screen practically rules out aggregation errors.
MEDILINE CodeCollectM is a full-spec solution comprising a code scanning camera for omnidirectional reading of 1D and 2D codes over 6 to 8 layers, two wireless hand-held scanners with long-life lithium-ion batteries, as well as two maintenance-free, high-speed label printers for case and pallet labels. Thanks to integrated casters, the manual station can quickly be relocated for use at other packaging lines. For case transport and use as a buffer en route to the pallet, a height-adjustable, extendible roller conveyor is available as an option.
