1.    Introduction
You are using this form to contact Coesia S.p.A. (“Coesia”) or one of the companies (“Company”) belonging to the Coesia Group, of which Coesia is the holding company. 2.    Purposes

a.    collect identification and contact data for registering your attendance at the event organized by Coesia or the Company and/or reply to queries concerning the Coesia/Company activities and/or your contractual or pre-contractual relationships with Coesia and/or the Company;
b.    send to your email newsletters of informational, promotional and advertising nature and/or other nd/or other content related to the activities of the Company and/or Coesia for direct marketing purposes;
c.    analyze your interaction (“Insights Data”) to materials sent by the Company or Coesia for marketing communication purposes above in order to assess your interest in the Company’s and Coesia’s activities and send you information based on your interests.

3.    Legal Basis

The data processing under letter a. above is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract between you and Coesia and/or the Company. 
The data processing under letters b. and c. is based on your consent, without prejudice to the fact that Coesia and/or the Company may process your data to send you commercial and promotional communications relating to products/services already provided or purchased (so-called soft spam), based on their legitimate interest.

Where personal data are transferred to entities located outside the EU/EEA (e.g., cloud or CRM service providers), such transfers are carried out in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (if applicable) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

4.    Data retention period

Data processed for the purpose referred to in point 2.a are retained for the time necessary to respond to your request; however, when personal data are processed as part of pre-contractual measures, Coesia and/or the Company may retain your data for the entire duration of the pre-contractual phase, unless a new legal basis arises (e.g., performance of a contractual obligation).

Data processed for the purposes referred to in points 2.b and 2.c are retained until consent is withdrawn or an objection to receiving such communications is submitted, without prejudice to any applicable retention periods.

5.    Data sharing purpose

The Company may share your personal data with Coesia Group, as set forth in point 1, for the purposes described in the relevant paragraph.
Coesia and/or the Company ensure that any sharing of personal data with third parties or other group companies is done under an appropriate legal basis and with adequate safeguards for international transfers, where necessary.
