The CARDLINE VERSA Pro sets new standards in industrial card personalization. Available with the OMEGA ProFlo printer in monochrome and/or full color configuration, the system combines exceptional print quality, high-speed production, and maximum flexibility in a single platform.

Infeed
The high-performance friction feeder unit for variable formats is equipped with a vertical card holder. For larger volumes, an optional horizontal product loader can be added. The feeder system is synchronized to the speed of the main transport system. Optional pre-read camera/scanning devices are available.
Pre-Read
VERICAM Pro camera for card identification (number or graphically personalized element) and card orientation verification; Atlantic Zeiser ‘search in file’ function: VERICAM Pro camera reads the card’s data, and the machine personalizes it based on the record in the data file.
RFID Encoding
Seamless integration of RFID-based ticketing technologies; high-speed and precise HF chip encoding even for complex products like CR-80/ID1 cards; up to eight encoding heads; up to 10,000 cards/h with RFID HF encoding, depending on the number of readers and the duration of the write cycle; ideal for commercial and transportation cards, and a wide range of formats.
Magnetic Encoding
The high-precision magnetic encoder allows full flexibility in magstripe encoding anywhere across the card, as well as from top down or bottom up. This unit can be configured with an additional set of write/read heads for parallel encoding of up to two magstripes. Both TOP-DOWN and BOTTOM-UP encoding are standard.
In-line Pre-treatment of Substrates
The plasma generator performs card surface pre-treatment allowing a significant increase in the card’s surface tension.
Drop-on-Demand Full Color Printing
DOD inkjet solution based on ProFlo technology; high-quality full color card personalization; enabling production speed of 16,000 cards/h (dependent on the machine’s configuration, the product’s format, and the substrate); LED-based air-cooled device effectively cures UVA-curable inks across the card surface.
Drop-on-Demand Monochrome Printing
DOD inkjet solution based on ProFlo technology; high-quality alphanumeric / 1D/2D code printing and personalization; enabling production speed of 30,000 cards/h (dependent on the machine’s configuration, the product’s format, and the substrate); LED-based air-cooled device effectively cures UVA-curable inks across the card surface.
Print Verification
VERICAM Pro intuitive user interface with drag-and-drop job setup; 100% OCV (Optical Character Verification), 1D/2D code reading and secure print verification independent of card back-grounds.
Flipping
Allows inline processing of both card faces at full speed based on a field-proven design; easy change between flipping inserts.
Labeling
High-speed accurate labeling with x-core function reduces roll changes and machine downtime. A user-friendly waste aspiration feature eliminates waste roll rewinding.
Label Verification
VERICAM Pro for verification of the position and the integrity of each scratch-off security label.
Attaching
Attaching module with vertical feeder for precise application of the carrier onto the card; the glue unit dispenses a spot or line of glue to attach the card security to the carrier.
Delivery
Dual-Shingle Delivery Unit includes waste gate, shingle delivery for remade cards, and shingle delivery for good cards.
